❅{Paper Issues is Fallin' for You}❅

When combined...that could be a beautiful thing...weddings and Fall. Mostly Fall. Weddings...I believe that takes a special type of person to fully rejoice in weddings.

Or, on the other hand,  I could be completely wrong, furthering my total maniacal nutcase status.

I guess because my own wedding wasn't even close to being worthy of any tv special...unless it was an Impractical Jokers kind of show... who knows. I am not one of those people who looks fondly back on my wedding day, as I cried a few times. (No, I'm not going to email Dr. Phil and whine on national television about how my wedding spun me into some deep depression and has been a downward spiral ever since....though I have thought about perhaps one day adding it into the book I'm writing.)

One of the best parts of the wedding is documented here. I was glad to participate in this Issue...because I realize, I haven't ever really scrapped anything about our wedding. We have a plethora of pictures, and an awesome amazing cousin actually took our photos. (As a result,  those pictures are literally priceless to me.)

Paper Issues currently is rocking Ruby Rock it's Wedding a nutshell...AWESOME. It has great colors, great sentiments, beautiful embellishments and it's pearly and shiny...which in my book is fabulous on any given day.

★{Pumpkins & Paper Issues}★

It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown is a staple in this house. It's pretty much a standard from here on out that Charlie Brown inhabits our house at least once a week (or more) until the end of the year.

The Great Pumpkin just kicks it off each year. Mack wanted her costume to be a sheet with a bunch of holes in it and go as Charlie Brown, but this idea was abandoned upon realizing no one would give her a rock so she could utter, " I got a rock."

Our annual trip to the pumpkin patch also seems to set this momentum in motion. ❤

This year was no exception, there seemed to be a warm, cheery, magical glow to the pumpkins as we approached. Smiles spread across my grouchy, sullen preteen's faces. This made my heart smile.

I created a layout using some awesome Glitz Raven which can be found in the Paper Issues store! I'm not enabling you or anything, yes, yes I am and I'm not ashamed. Paper Issues has scrap amazingness in the store right now and you're totally needing to go and get some.

★Have a great Thursday! Happy Halloween!★

❤{When it's Wednesday...}❤

I get a little hopeful because it means Friday is near. I get a litle happier because the weekend is coming. Wednesday's child is full of woe...I was born on a Friday, so I wouldn't know about that. Mackenzie's full of grace and Paddy has far to go.

Wednesday is a hopeful day, a day full of possibility...and for all of the young people everywhere...and some's a day filled with visions of camels asking what day it is. I can't tell you how many times the kids trick me into that. It's almost just as fabulous as hearing about what foxes possibly say....

The best part of this Wednesday is sharing Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Design Team inspiration with you! Halloween is drawing near. I love Halloween. It has always been one of my favorite days of the year.

I created this card with Halloween inspiration in mind:

PPPR 10-22-13, SHANNON M.

I used Lisa's fabulous All Hallow's Eve Pattern Pack, All Hallow's Eve Polka Dots and Candy Corn Guy Cutting Files. (You can print this out..I don't have a cutting system..but I do love to print out Lisa's cutting files as graphics -- they turn out as equally amazing!)

Have a wonderful Wednesday! ❤

·:*¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨*:·. The Halloween Countdown is on! ·:*¨¨*:·..·:*¨¨*:·.

You have 8 days!

❤{Thankful Tuesdays and Twine}❤

These simple words: I will be grateful for this day.

It's so easy to forget those words, as we barrel through each day and onto the next. It's also easy to take things for granted...simple things like having a roof over your head, being able to read, walking, talking, the list could go on and on.

Every single one of us has something they're going through, reflecting on, or heavy weight they are carrying. It's hard. Life is hard. It's totally acceptable that some days are just going to suck. And you aren't going to smile. Sometimes, you'll start sentences with "and"...this will make many of your well-written friends insane.

It seems like I'm surrounded by people in my life who are experiencing something trying, challenging or just plain bad. I hate that I can't fix it, change it or improve it. I want to just say this, you are loved. You are appreciated. You are someone's everything.

Be grateful. It's very simple. It instantly improves your outlook.

I created a Thanksgiving card for today's Timeless Twine Tuesday share:

Timeless Twine 10-22-13, Shannon M.

I used Krazy for Kraft on this can find it in the Bella Creationz store. Just click on the twine below

Hope everyone has a great Tuesday, be kind to each other. ❤

☛☠★{Keeping Halloween Memories}★☠☚

I was so excited when We R Memory Keepers asked me to Guest Design for them. I have been waiting to share with you, now I can finally spill the beans!!!

They sent me some paper and embellishments from the ★{BEWITCHED}★ collection. I may have went a little crazy in my creations...and literally am hoarding scraps that I have left. ❤

They know my holiday spirit animal..I am one with all things Halloween..I was born October 29th...and it has always been my favorite.

I created a layout, three cards and a October Daily Binder...I could have went on, but I have children, 2 dogs and a husband that need my attention once in awhile.

The cards are up first:

This layout...may be one of my favorites ever. This line is amazing, the texture, the colors, the feel...makes creating for Halloween effortless:

Last up is the October Daily binder...I know everyone does a December Daily...which is totally awesome, but not to be out done, October deserves one many things happen in October that are amazing. 。◕‿◕。

Here's to Halloween and We R Memory Keepers! Thanks for letting me share with you today! Happy Tuesday! ❤

*{Xyron & Stencil Girl Celebrate!}*

I think Mondays are "meh". It's another day getting up early and stumbling down the stairs and making lunches, snacks and filling water bottles...dealing with two impatient dogs who think feeding them is my only job. Could I see myself doing anything else with my life at the moment? The answer to that is a resounding no.

My job is often thankless, usually I am being bellowed at from the top of the stairs...random ramblings and or whinings about how I failed to get his Nike socks washed, or needing her sweatshirt..that is of course downstairs.

These are the moments in my mind where I think to myself, "I'll just let the dogs lick their sandwiches...before I put them in their lunch boxes..."

You're thinking "oh my word"...but I never do. I just think it and that's enough...because the following layout...washes all the treacherous thoughts of debauchery away.

This kid makes me laugh. Every. Single. Day.

Xyron and Stencil Girl made this layout incredibly easy to create.

Xyron:Stencil Girl:Shannon M.

Make sure you stop by Denise Hahn's & Heather Conklin's today and leave them some love as well!! They are sharing Xyron & Stencil Girl inspiration for you too! Not only that, but I'm pretty sure if you leave some love over at Xyron and Stencil Girl you're entered into some pretty awesome giveaways! Good luck!

*{Day 3 of Epiphany Crafts & Lawn Fawn Inspiration!}*

There's lots of great stuff going on this week...Epiphany Crafts & Lawn Fawn is part of that amazingness!

I may also be excited because this is my debut for Epiphany Crafts!

All week long Lawn Fawn and Epiphany Crafts are working together to make ah-mazing creations to inspire you in the seasonal stretch ahead!

My contribution to this week? Christmas tags that can double as Project Life cards. They measure 4X3 and I love how they turned out.  Even if they aren't totally flat, they'd still be awesome on a package or in the week of a project life layout.

Here they are in no particular order:

EP:LF Tag#4, Shannon M.

EC:LF Tag#5, Shannon M.

EP:LF Tag#3, Shannon M.

EP:LF Tag#2, Shannon M.

EP:LF Tag#1, Shannon M.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Make sure you comment on the Lawn Fawn blog for a chance to win some great Epiphany Crafts tools...and also make sure you're checking the Epiphany Crafts blog...there's a great giveaway going on! You don't want to miss out!!

*{It's a Wonderful Wednesday to Share Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons With You..}*

It's another Design Team Wednesday over at Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons! There's a little something for everyone. You need to go check out the blog. There's tons of new great stuff in the store too! Make sure you check that out too!

Meanwhile, I'm sharing my creation with you..which is a layout as you will see.  I am notoriously unphotogenic. I always seem to look away, blink or look like I'm posing for a mugshot. I embrace this and this is why you rarely see me.

My children...are notoriously sarcastic and they were not amused with posing for numerous pictures at our recent trip to the pumpkin patch. (Of course, they posed nice with Daddy....sigh.)

Thanks for letting me share with you today!
